Returns
We operate a free returns policy for orders made directly through Boden. If you return an item in its original condition within 45-days of shipment, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (please see exclusions below). If you return an item in its original condition after 45-days of shipment, we’ll give you a Boden account credit for the amount that you paid for the item. Your refund will be adjusted according to any offer or discount applied to your order. Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Visit our online returns portal where you can register your return and create your returns label.
· Enter your order number, and email address or zip code here.
· Tick the box next to the item/s you wish to return.
· Select a return reason code from the drop-down list.
· Select either a label to be printed or a QR code to show at USPS.
· You will receive an email with your label attached, along with instructions.
· Ensure that you remove any old address labels and barcodes from the parcel.
· Include your returns form in your returns.
· Once you have posted your parcel, you will receive email updates along the way.
Please allow up to 21 days for your returned parcel to reach us. We’ll send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed.
We don’t offer exchanges, but there’s no need to worry. Simply return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online, where you can see up to date stock and delivery information.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following are non-refundable:
· Swimwear, if the hygiene strips have been removed.
· Earrings, if the internal packaging seal has been broken.
· Face covering products, if the packaging has been opened.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
It can take up to 21 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. Don’t worry though, as we will pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 7 - 10 business days from the date it was processed.
If you don’t hear from us within 21 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Our friendly advisors will then see what they can do for you.
